Another big round for McGovern as he knocked Kilbane from pillar to post. Probably a 10-8 round without a knockdown.

Kilbane shows some life in the 10th as McGovern gets warned for the 4th time in the fight. Now McGovern has some swelling around his left eye also.

Kilbane has another good round but we are to the point where just winning rounds probably isn't enough. Does Kilbane have the power to drop McGovern?

Ringside Expert: 119-109 McGovern

Not sure what Kilbane has to do to win a round in the RE's eyes ... has has outscored McGovern by 10 in the last two rounds.

Kilbane comes out and goes right after McGovern in round 13 .... he lands several good shots but then gets caught. Kilbane wobbles to the ropes and McGovern spends the next 90 seconds pounding him. Finally the ref has seen enough and stops the fight.

McGovern wins the WBO title by TKO13!!!

All three scorecards were 116-112 for McGovern
