Oh, that sucks. Ketchel should knee Gibbons in the groin for good measure. Stanley was robbed! :bs:

With that I am out to watch TV with the wife ... will give advance notice the next time.

I think I will do it with the Peter Jackson - James Corbett fight

IMO that is what makes this game great LOL

I tend to favor the champ too ... so no "protect cut" for the challenger!

If this fight were real, I'd be... maybe about $500 "lighter!"
Stanley wouldn't protect his cut anyway. He would just fight until someone fell.

Gibbons stole that one. Next fight will sell out.

Ketchel is out for 3 months and I have not decided on a mandatory rematch yet ... If Ketchel hadn't gone down in the 15th I would say yeah .. but think about the challenger is bleeding from a badly damaged eye ... goes down, gets pummeled and the cut is bleeding badly again ... I can see the stoppage.

Hell at least the champ didn't get a long count, was being held up by the ropes, and didn't even look at the ref when the ref asked if he wanted to continue ....

Paging Lucien Bute ....

This could go to the wire, Ketchel needs another KD to take control. If it stays close the longer it goes the more it favors Gibbons IMO.
