Post Problem with boxing today
It's not the sport it is the fans ...

I think it is hilarious how Alexander struggles (but wins) against a tough opponent and all of a sudden he is washed up.

Same idiots were saying he'd beat everyone in boxing before the fight, now he better not even get in the ring with Vasile Ene.

We've spent the last decade giving up on fighters when they lose their first fight ... now they don't even have to lose.

Weird thing is that this isn't an MMA thing either because most of their top guys are like 5-4.

I'm still of the belief that it takes a loss to learn what type of boxer you are ....

One guy even said he can't fathom anyway that Alexander could beat Bradley (of course he spelled fathom wrong) just because he struggled with Kotelnik.

Hmm Bradley struggled with Junior Witter who Alexander had no problems with ... Bradley couldn't drop Abregu who goes down more than a gay hitchhiker. Bradley had all sorts of problems with Kendall Holt so I guess Bradley sucks too.

More than likely Alexander and Bradley went up against quality veterans and learned from the experience.

I swear I hate 97% of all boxing fans

I completely agree. There are worse things then losing a fight. How you come back from a loss tells you alot about a boxer.

Also wasn't Lederman just a tad off. My wife was walking thru the living room and she's all did he just say god damn?. I have to say usually Lederman is in the ball park but I didn't agree with him at all the other night.

I thought he was close on the Johnson-Cloud fight as I had Cloud up 7-5. I thought Alexander won 9-3 ... which is what Lederman had it at but I think an argument could be made for a score anywhere from 6-6 to 9-3.

Kelly and I had to rewind just to make sure he said that hilarious.

I love how he always sounds like he just heard a good joke ...

Lederman was close and really I couldn't argue with any of his scores. I actually had the fight 7-5 for Alexander. I can't believe people are saying he is washed up. His career is just beginning. He still has a lot to learn but he has the skills to be a real good fighter.
